dya.kipa began with a simple idea: the deities carved into Nepal's temples and courtyards deserve a place in every home, made the same way they always have been - by hand, with patience, by people who still remember how.

Made
100% by hand

Since 2019, we've been creating food and travel content through Foodeliciousnp - meeting people, discovering places, and sharing the stories behind what makes Nepal special. Along the way, we found ourselves drawn to something beyond food: the craftsmanship, heritage, and traditions within our communities.
Dya Kipa grew from that curiosity. As content creators, we've always believed the best stories are the ones that deserve to be seen and remembered. We wanted to bring Nepal's traditional art and handcrafted deity frames into people's homes - not just as decoration, but as pieces carrying culture, craftsmanship, and meaning.
We're starting Dya Kipa with the same spirit we've carried since Foodeliciousnp - creating with our own hands, telling stories we genuinely care about, and staying close to the people behind the work. Every piece is thoughtfully sourced and handled personally, and as Dya Kipa grows, we want to keep that personal connection at its heart.
Every frame is shaped and painted by hand - no two pieces are perfectly identical.
Designs drawn from Kathmandu Valley's temples, courtyards and living traditions.
Finished in warm, traditional color, built to be lived with, not just looked at.
We coordinate every order personally, so it's made for your space, not a warehouse shelf.
Four hands-on stages, from first sketch to your doorstep.
The deity, the size and the finish are chosen together with you.
The base form is built up and shaped entirely by hand.
Fine detailing and color are added, layer by careful layer.
A final check, then it's packed and on its way to your home.
