We're a small, growing handicraft business. Today, most of what we know about you comes directly from you, over WhatsApp or through our contact details. As we add features like on-site accounts, online payment and analytics, this policy will grow to describe them, and we commit to only ever collecting information through legal and legitimate means.

Right now, we collect information you give us directly, such as:

• Your name, phone number and delivery address, when you place an order.
• Anything else you share with us in conversation, for example a delivery preference or a question about a piece.
• Basic details if you fill out a contact or inquiry form on the site.

In the future, as we introduce things like online payment, customer accounts, or analytics tools on the site, we may also collect information such as order history, device or browser information, or cookies. We'll only do this through legal and legitimate sources, and we'll update this section before we do.

Payment information

Today, payment is arranged directly with our team over WhatsApp, so we don't collect or store any card details ourselves. When direct online payment launches on this site, it will be handled by a licensed third-party payment provider, who processes your payment details under their own security standards; we won't store your full card number on our systems.

Who we share information with

• Delivery and logistics partners, so they can get your order to you, in Nepal or internationally.
• A payment provider, once online payment is available, solely to process your payment.
• Authorities, where we're required to by law.

We don't share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

International orders

For orders shipped outside Nepal, we share the delivery details necessary for that shipment (such as your name, address and contact number) with our international courier partner, so your order can clear customs and reach you.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us secure, and we limit access to it to the people who need it to fulfil your order. No method of storing or sending information online is completely risk-free, but we treat your information carefully.

How long we keep it

We keep order-related information for as long as we reasonably need it, for example to handle a delivery issue or to meet our accounting and legal obligations, and we remove it when we no longer have a genuine reason to keep it.
